Founded in April 2019 as a startup with a clear purpose, Leadership Studio IND is the brainchild of Alan D’Souza, a seasoned corporate professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience across sales, marketing, and business development. Having spent decades navigating real corporate challenges, Alan recognized a crucial gap — while skills can be taught, leadership needs to be experienced, practiced, and lived.
That belief became the foundation of Leadership Studio IND.
